I’m very excited to have this opportunity of writing a guest post on my sister’s blog. I myself have future aspirations that involve writing. It has been an outlet for me throughout my life.

Academically, I love writing about sociologically-based topics (education inequality is at the top of my list) but personally I really enjoy encouraging others as I share the things that have encouraged me.

Apart from writing, I enjoy working with my high school students at an NYC-based organization. I also love the Lord, music, all things natural hair/hairstyling, random adventures, eating foods from different cultures, joking around with my loved ones && laughter (that’s probably at the top of the list lol) 😊💕
